The Retail Sales Consultant Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Rate of $15.50. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit . Requirements
- Superior communication and customer service skills, especially effective via email and telephone
- A minimum of one (2) year sales experience in the automobile industry or equivalent, preferred.
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a team driven atmosphere.
- Must have (or be willing to acquire) a valid California Occupational Sales and Driver’s License with an acceptable and safe driving record.

- Provide information necessary for guests to buy with confidence
- Present financial and other information upfront and transparently
