About The Position

This role is for a Retail Sales Consultant who will be at the center of creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. The consultant's goal is to meet sales targets and earn commission by leveraging AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. The position involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options, participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for those without sales experience to help them succeed.
