About The Position

The Retail Sales Consultant role at AT&T focuses on creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. Consultants are expected to meet sales targets and earn commission by selling AT&T’s full range of products, including the latest devices and services. This involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options, participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. The position requires working a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to ensure customer needs are met. Monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment where flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer demands are crucial. AT&T offers tools, training, and coaching to help new consultants achieve and surpass their goals, even without prior sales experience.
