The position involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options, participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The work schedule is between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance. It is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs.
