This role is for a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, focused on creating meaningful connections with customers and meeting sales targets through personalized sales expertise. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for those without sales experience to help them succeed. Retail Sales Consultants earn between $16.01 - $18.86 per hour plus commission, with potential for top sellers to earn up to $62,460 per year with uncapped commission opportunities. Starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
