About The Position

This role is for a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, focused on creating meaningful connections with customers and meeting sales targets through personalized sales expertise. The consultant will utilize AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. Responsibilities include guiding customers with a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The position requires working a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance. It is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and openness to change to keep up with evolving technology and customer needs. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for those without sales experience to help them succeed. Retail Sales Consultants earn between $16.01 - $18.86 per hour plus commission, with potential for top sellers to earn up to $62,460 per year with uncapped commission opportunities. Starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
