About The Position

This role involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options. Consultants will engage with the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. The position requires working a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules provided two weeks in advance. It is a fast-paced environment where flexibility and openness to change are crucial to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.
