About The Position

This Retail Sales Consultant role at AT&T focuses on creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. The consultant will be at the center of daily operations, aiming to meet sales targets by leveraging AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. The position involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options, participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The work schedule is between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance. It is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for those without sales experience to help them succeed. New Retail Sales Consultants can earn between $40,000 to $63,000, including an hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities, with individual starting salaries dependent on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
