About The Position

This role is for a Retail Sales Consultant who will be at the center of creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. The consultant will be responsible for meeting sales targets and earning commission by utilizing AT&T's full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. The position involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options, participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The work schedule is between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance. It is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, it is not required as AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching. Retail Sales Consultants earn an hourly wage plus commission, with uncapped opportunities for top sellers. AT&T emphasizes the safety of employees and customers, adhering to COVID-19 guidelines.
