The Retail Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly sales quotas by delivering high-quality sales of handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories, following company guidance and benchmarks. This role involves acting as a role model for new hires and peers, and performing other assigned work-related tasks. Key operational duties include adhering to all company policies and paperwork procedures, mastering required systems such as Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, RQ4, and Paycom, and regularly checking sales paperwork for accuracy. The consultant is also responsible for following cash depositing procedures, protecting company assets, exercising judgment to prevent fraudulent purchases, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of store opening/closing checklists. Immediate communication of inventory deficiencies to supervisors and safeguarding all codes and passwords are also critical. Furthermore, the role requires maintaining store appearance, completing all required training, consistently recording time and attendance, adhering to schedules, and taking personal responsibility for issues within their control.
