About The Position

This role is an opportunity to advance a sales career by creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. The consultant will be at the center of daily operations, focusing on meeting sales targets and earning commission by leveraging AT&T’s full range of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. The position involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options, participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. The work schedule is between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules provided two weeks in advance. It is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability to keep up with evolving technology and customer needs. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, AT&T provides comprehensive tools, training, and coaching to help new hires achieve their goals.
