About The Position

The Retail Sales Consultant position at AT&T is focused on creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. The role involves meeting sales targets and earning commission by selling AT&T’s full range of products and services, including the latest devices. Consultants will employ a consultative sales approach to guide customers, participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. The work schedule is typically between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules provided two weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability to keep up with evolving technology and customer needs. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, AT&T provides comprehensive tools, training, and coaching for individuals without prior sales experience to help them achieve their goals.
