This role is an opportunity to advance your sales career by creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. You will be at the center of it all, meeting sales targets and earning commission by leveraging AT&T's full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. Your approach will be consultative, guiding customers through their options on the sales floor. You will also engage with the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. The position requires working a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules provided two weeks in advance. It is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. Training and coaching will be provided to help you meet and exceed your goals, even if you have no prior sales experience.
