About The Position

This Part Time Retail Sales Consultant role at AT&T is for individuals who are bilingual in Spanish and English. The position focuses on creating meaningful connections with customers, meeting sales targets, and earning commission by selling AT&T's full suite of products and services, including the latest devices. Consultants will use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guide customers through their options, participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The role requires working a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, in a fast-paced environment, necessitating flexibility to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. Training and coaching will be provided to help consultants meet and exceed their sales goals.

Requirements
