About The Position

This role is for a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, focused on creating meaningful connections with customers and meeting sales targets through personalized sales expertise. Consultants will utilize AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and services, to connect friends, families, and communities. The position involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options, participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, it is not required, as AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to help new consultants succeed. New Retail Sales Consultants can expect to earn between $40,000 to $63,000, including an hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities, with individual starting salary dependent on factors like geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and the salary range being dependent on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
