About The Position

This position is temporarily located in BOWIE, MD (LANHAM). As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be at the center of creating meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise. Your primary goal is to meet sales targets and earn commission by leveraging AT&T’s comprehensive suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. You will employ a consultative sales approach to guide customers, engage with the community through events, process online orders, and conduct outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. The role requires working a schedule between 9am-9pm, which includes weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules provided two weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment, necessitating flexibility and adaptability to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is considered a plus, AT&T provides the necessary tools, training, and coaching to help you achieve and surpass your goals.
