Requirements

  • Experienced: You have a background in the grocery industry or a related field.
  • Education: High school graduate or GED holder.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using software and technology to manage orders and sales calls.
  • Communication Pro: Excellent skills in person and over the phone.
  • Mobile: Willing to travel daily to customer locations within your assigned region.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Must pass a motor vehicle background check.
  • Must have a clean driving record and be insurable.
  • Regular lifting of 50+ pounds.
  • Ability to navigate all areas of retail facilities.
  • Prolonged periods of computer work for reporting and ordering.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Call on customers to take orders, present new items, and check for out-of-stock products.
  • Business Development: Research potential customers and conduct cold-calls to expand our footprint in the region.
  • Marketing Execution: Coordinate promotional events, educate store staff on products, and manage on-site shelf labels and store sets.
  • Logistics & Reporting: Maintain sales route sheets, update price lists, and review accounts receivable for your clients.
