This role is designed for individuals looking to advance their sales career by creating meaningful connections with customers. The primary goal is to meet sales targets and earn commission by leveraging AT&T’s comprehensive range of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. Consultants will engage with customers on the sales floor using a consultative approach, guide them through various options, participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. The position requires working a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules provided two weeks in advance. It is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. Training and coaching will be provided to help consultants achieve their goals, even without prior sales experience.
