Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills (positive, approachable, and empathetic).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Competitive drive and self-motivated.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Analytical and critical thinking ability, including solving complex problems under pressure and adapting to internal and external changes.
• Quick learner.
• Comfortable with standing, walking, and kneeling for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to climb and descend ladders.

• Commission-based sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a friendly and inviting environment.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and productivity goals, monitoring metrics daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Complete company-provided training on product knowledge, store operations, and performance standards.
• Assist management with inventory control and system processes.
• Wear personalized Arch Supports to experience and promote the brand firsthand.
• Successfully demonstrate and sell the Good Feet products and accessories.
• Commit to company provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goals.
