About The Position

The Retail Sales Consultant role at AT&T is an opportunity to advance a sales career by creating meaningful connections with customers. The consultant will utilize personalized sales expertise to meet sales targets and earn commission by selling AT&T's full range of products and services, including the latest devices. This involves a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through their options, participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. The position requires working a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to ensure customer availability. It is a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and adaptability to keep up with evolving technology and customer needs. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, AT&T provides comprehensive tools, training, and coaching to help consultants achieve and surpass their goals. Retail Sales Consultants can expect to earn an hourly wage between $15.76 - $18.32, plus uncapped commission opportunities, with top sellers potentially earning up to $62,460 per year when overachieving goals. Individual starting salaries may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
