About The Position

The Bilingual Spanish Part Time Retail Sales Consultant position at AT&T focuses on creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. The role involves meeting sales targets and earning commission by leveraging AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. Consultants will employ a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options. Responsibilities also include participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The position requires working a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced environment. AT&T is committed to providing the necessary tools, training, and coaching to help consultants succeed, even those without prior sales experience.
