About The Position

It’s time to take your sales career to the next level. Every day you’ll be at the center of it all. Your goal is to create meaningful connections with every customer, leveraging your personalized sales expertise. Meeting sales targets and earning commission is achieved through AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services that connect friends, families, and communities. On the sales floor, you will use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, where your drive and passion for helping people will shine. You will also engage with the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The role involves working a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to meet customer needs. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available two weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required, as AT&T provides the necessary tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals. Retail Sales Consultants earn between $15.65 - $17.53 per hour, plus up to $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met, with uncapped commission opportunities allowing top sellers to earn $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
