This role involves exceeding monthly sales quotas and delivering high-quality sales that surpass company benchmarks on key metrics. Consultants are expected to drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories according to company guidance. They will practice specific behaviors and best practices to maximize sales and key metrics, and serve as a role model and provide assistance to new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants. Other work-related tasks may be assigned by management. Operationally, the consultant must adhere to all company policies and paperwork procedures as outlined in the Handbook, Training Courses, and Sun Com policy documents. This includes mastering required systems such as Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, RQ4, and Paycom. Regular checks of sales paperwork for discrepancies/errors are required, along with strict adherence to Cash Depositing procedures, taking full responsibility for any deficiencies caused by error or negligence. Consultants are responsible for protecting and maintaining Company assets, using proper judgment to prevent fraudulent purchases, and accurately completing opening/closing checklists. Immediate communication of inventory deficiencies to supervisors is essential, as is safeguarding all codes and passwords (e.g., RQ4, Carrier logins, Email, Security). Maintaining store appearance and completing all required training within established timelines are also key. Additional duties include following company policies, accurately recording time and attendance in RQ4, adhering to schedules, providing adequate notice for time off, and taking personal responsibility for problems within their control.
