Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, providing correct change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and procedures.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company standards.
• Participate in store recovery throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards for the sales floor and store.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
