About The Position

Batteries Plus Associates are service driven problem solvers. They are not retail order takers or checkout clerks. The position involves working with Smart Phones, Batteries, Bulbs, and other products that need to be tested and repaired. Associates will be responsible for answering phones, device repair, completing reports, inventory control, and general store management. The role requires motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and solving problems, as customer service is a key aspect of the job.

Requirements

• High level of computer aptitude.
• Experience in Retail Sales or device repair.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to listen more than talk.
• Possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
