About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide an exceptional customer shopping experience by greeting guests and keeping the store in-stock, clean, and organized. You will support the manager in day-to-day operations and will be cross-trained in all areas of the store, gaining valuable operations experience. This position is ideal for those looking for growth opportunities, as our parent company, EG America, operates nearly 1700 locations across the United States. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike, and you will be responsible for tasks such as operating the cash register, brewing coffee, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness. Requirements

• Preferred Education: High School or GED
• Preferred Experience: 3-6 months retail or guest service restaurant
• Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members
• High energy and ability to move quickly between activities
• Team-oriented and willing to help others
• Basic computer skills are helpful
