Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Outgoing, friendly, and easy to talk to.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional presence at the front desk; engage with guests respectfully.
• Accurately process sales orders and adhere to cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters while documenting sales transactions.
• Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures, including participation in bi-annual inventory checks.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, aligning with KPIs and performance standards.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
