About The Position

Elite Rim Repair is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Plainview, NY location. Responsible for retail sales of rim repairs, rim refinishing, and the sales of remanufactured rims and associated parts. This is a quick-paced role that is perfect for a top performer! The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for Wheel, Repair, and Part Sales. Other duties include but are not limited to presenting the Wheel Repair or Replacement options. This is a true sales position. Please be comfortable with a pay plan that includes base pay, commissions, and bonuses.

Requirements

• Must live close enough to commute to the corporate location daily.
• Social media savvy.
• Prior wheel repair or wheel sales experience a plus but not required.
• Prior auto dealer experience in sales or service a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for retail sales of rim repairs, rim refinishing, and remanufactured rims.
• Presenting Wheel Repair or Replacement options to customers.
• Utilizing social media to generate wheel and repair sales.
