Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a positive experience in the pet care retail store.
• Demonstrate good merchandising skills to keep the store neat and presentable.
• Assist with retail store resets, building end caps, and putting out stock from trucks.
• Rotate perishable goods and ensure all animals in care are fed and watered.
• Maintain clean enclosures in compliance with company standards.
• Interact with customers to help them find products and provide solutions.
• Operate the cash register, accurately entering sales information and processing payments.
• Greet customers and wish them well as they leave.
