About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide an exceptional customer shopping experience by greeting guests and keeping the store in-stock, clean, and organized. You will support the manager in day-to-day operations and will be cross-trained in all areas of the store, gaining valuable operations experience. This position is ideal for those looking for growth opportunities, as our parent company, EG America, operates nearly 1700 locations across the United States. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike, ensuring that all guests are greeted warmly, operating the cash register efficiently, brewing coffee, stocking shelves, and maintaining impeccable store standards. Weekend and holiday hours are required, and the position may be available as part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Preferred Education: High School or GED
• Preferred Experience: 3-6 months retail or guest service restaurant
• Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members
• High energy
• Ability to move from one activity to another quickly
• Team oriented; willing to give extra effort to help others
• Computer skills are helpful.

Nice To Haves

• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory
