About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate is a part-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive shopping environment. Associates are empowered to take pride in their work and contribute to a high-performing team, ensuring that customers have a great experience while shopping.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
