About The Position

Become a Full-Time NECOA Retail Sales Associate! NECOA, by Coway, and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in your area! In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the NECOA brand and water purification products in our shopping mall retail store. You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
• 1-year job experience required

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience or customer service experience a plus
• Training or product demonstration experience a plus
• Be a problem-solving, tech-savvy enthusiast
• Have an outgoing personality and be eager to learn
• Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training
• Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate NECOA water purification products within our branded retail store
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
• Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within assigned store
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness
• Report and provide competitive insights
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
• Welcome customers and offer assistance
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
• Accurately document and report sales
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately
