This is an evergreen requisition to build a pipeline for future Part-Time Retail Sales Associate openings at our Store 1752-Brazo Town Center-maurices-Rosenberg, TX 77471. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis as positions become available. Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates, also known as Stylists/Sales Support, are responsible for creating an unforgettable shopping experience, inspiring customers, and helping them feel their best. Key duties include delivering excellent customer service, building wardrobes, participating in visual merchandising, and maintaining store presentation, all while focusing on customer needs to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

At least 16 years of age
A willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
Goal/Achievement oriented
Some technical aptitude
Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while working through competing priorities
Ability to work a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes
Participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation
Focus on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals
Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections
Be customer-obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influence with moments that matter
Use modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication) to be well-informed on company priorities and promotions in-store and online
Deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience
Promote our loyalty programs and credit services
Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
Support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what’s new and what’s already on the floor
Contribute to the completion of omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up
