About The Position
Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry. We are currently looking for Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Chandler, AZ. PAYS $18-$19 an hour! WEEKLY PAYCHECKS! COMPANY-PAID BENEFITS AFTER 90 DAYS! A strong work ethic, with a willingness to be flexible and do whatever it takes to get the job done. Also performs Warehouse duties
Requirements
- High School Graduate/GED
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must pass felony background check
- Computer and email skills
- Well organized, plans effectively and prioritizes time according to what matters most
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A positive upbeat personality who focuses on opportunities rather than obstacles
- Ability to manage Outlook appointments and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Day shift: Monday Friday, rotates Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Professional and positive customer service-driven approach
- Take credit card and cash payments
- Answer customer questions about materials, products, & services
- Process customer sales with prompt and courteous customer service
- Follow up with customers in regards to their orders and account
