About The Position

Atlantic Coast Acquisitions is an authorized partner of nationally recognized brands, supporting the distribution of water-related products and services in retail environments. We focus on providing consistent customer support and accurate product information while maintaining professional retail standards. We are seeking entry-level, customer-focused individuals to join our retail sales team as Retail Sales Associates. This full-time, in-person position involves assisting customers, explaining product and service options, and completing sales transactions. Paid training is provided, and prior retail or sales experience is not required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to learn new products, systems, and procedures
  • Basic computer proficiency, including POS systems
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and identify their product or service needs
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and available accessories
  • Process sales transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Work toward individual and store performance goals
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and product features
  • Assist with store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
  • Deliver professional customer service through clear communication and follow-up
