Requirements

A passion for food, flavor, and making others feel welcome.
Outstanding communication skills – both in conversation and writing.
Tech-savvy with comfort using point-of-sale systems.
A positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Welcome every guest with a warm smile and our signature greeting – setting the tone for an exceptional shopping experience.
Engage with customers to ask the right questions and make personalized product recommendations.
Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to share product knowledge with confidence.
Support store displays, restocking, and maintaining a beautiful retail environment.
Cross-train to assist in blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products.
