United Beauty Supply is looking for a Part time Retail Associate at our 5555 N. 7th St . 85014 location, for 20-25 hours per week, weekdays starting at 3:00/4:00pm - 8:00pm to include open availability weekend shifts. If this is you, then United Beauty Supply wants to see your resume/application! Our Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for selling and promoting products in our retail environment. Our sales position requires exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with our amazing team! What you will be doing with us: As our sales associate you will greet customers and provide excellent customer service. Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and making recommendations to meet our client's needs. Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions. Maintain a clean and organized store- Stock and replenish merchandise as inventory is sold. Resolve customer complaints and issues- Work collaboratively with the store team. The ideal candidate will have: Must be 18 year's of age or older, required High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of retail sales experience is a huge plus. Demonstrated skillset to provide a premier experience for our clients. Strong verbal communication skills with our customer base, co-workers and leadership. A true team player attitude! Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. Proficiency in using cash registers and handling cash transactions. Flexible work availability, including weekends and holidays, ( this is up to 20 -25 hours per week) Key Notes: This is a fast-paced sales environment, and the ability to think quickly and multitask is essential.
