Our Retail Sales Associate make a difference through dedication to providing fast, friendly service to our customers and donors.

Responsibilities:
The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for creating a friendly, clean, and safe atmosphere where our customers and donors feel welcome and comfortable. Responsibilities include:
Operate cash register accurately and efficiently.
Answer and respond to telephone customers in professional manner.
Support donors with their donations: Transfer merchandise from donor vehicle to building and offers tax receipts to every donor. Keeps inside and outside of donation center organized and clean.
Assist in stocking sales floor, stock rotation, displays and organization of merchandise.
Actively participate and support raising funds for the AbleLight charity through “round ups” at the register and other events initiated by AbleLight.
This list does not contain all responsibilities of a Retail Sales Associate. There may be other duties assigned during the workday.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to lift 40 lbs
• Stand on your feet for up to eight hours
