About The Position
Dr. Delphinium is looking for a friendly, creative, and dependable Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Dallas! Our sales associates are the heart of the store — greeting every guest, guiding them through floral and gift selections, and helping turn everyday purchases into meaningful moments. This role goes beyond ringing up sales — you’ll build long-term customer relationships, assist in creative merchandising projects, and support the changing layouts and displays that keep our retail space looking beautiful and fresh. - Strong communication and listening skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stay calm and tactful during difficult customer interactions
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Driven by creativity, with an appreciation for beauty and detail
- Minimum 2 years of retail customer service experience
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Smoke free workplace
- Must pass a drug test and background check

- Gardening or “love of flowers” highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, helpful attitude
- Guide guests through floral and gift selections with confidence and care
- Build relationships with customers and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Educate guests about flowers, plants, and product care
- Create and wrap flower arrangements in-store
- Enter orders accurately in POS system and gather customer information
- Assist with merchandising, product rotation, and store resets
- Keep retail displays clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Monitor product quality and remove expired items as needed
- Open and close the register; handle cash and credit card transactions
- Support phone orders and customer inquiries as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Follow all company policies and maintain a professional appearance
