Requirements

Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions - so they’re fully informed and ready to engage, educate, and sell with confidence.
Focus on the customer - offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to create customer relationships to bring the customers back.
Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.
Finish Strong - sharing Loyalty program benefits, making sure customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you, often walking the package around and using the customer’s name.
Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration so we can better serve our customers and communities.
