Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Willing to perform all assigned activities.
- Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment.
- Ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and care.
- Weekend availability

- Prior customer service experience a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare frozen desserts that include ice cream scoops, Dazzlers, Shakes and Smoothies.
- Operate the point-of-sale register, processing orders and accepting payments.
- Clean-up and organize customer area, production area, and back-room / storage.
- Prepare and re-stock ingredients.
- Perform all activities outlined in shift management procedures.
