About The Position

NECOA, by Coway, and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the NECOA brand and water purification products in our shopping mall retail store. You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs, building rapport and professional relationships with store management and employees. Daily tasks include demonstrating NECOA water purification products, engaging customers to create memorable experiences, maintaining professional relationships with store staff, ensuring displays are clean, functional, and demo-ready, and reporting competitive insights. The role also involves selling products and services in retail, kiosk, and/or event environments, maintaining professional interaction with customers and colleagues, meeting sales goals, welcoming and assisting customers, providing product and service information, helping customers make selections, accurately documenting sales, tracking activity for Retail Operations, and ensuring the workstation is clean and presentable.

Requirements

  • Be a problem-solving, tech-savvy enthusiast.
  • Have an outgoing personality and be eager to learn.
  • Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training.
  • Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
  • 1-year job experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
  • Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Retail experience or customer service experience a plus.
  • Training or product demonstration experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately document and report sales.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
  • Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times.
  • Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
