Our guests arrive curious and engaged, and they leave feeling cared for, inspired, and confident in their choices. As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you play a key role in creating that experience. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role preferred
  • Warm, friendly, and professional with a customer-first mindset
  • Confident communicating and engaging one-on-one with guests
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and pride in their work
  • Dependable, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Available for consistent weekend shifts and some weekday hours

Responsibilities

  • Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
  • Engage customers by asking thoughtful questions and offering personalized recommendations
  • Share product knowledge and help guests discover new flavors and uses
  • Prepare and serve teas for sampling and guest enjoyment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually inviting store environment
  • Restock shelves and keep displays tidy and well-maintained
  • Support daily small-business operations to keep the shop guest-ready
  • Process transactions accurately and confidently at the register
