About The Position

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at The Breakers The ideal candidate will be friendly motivated and service oriented with previous sales experience in the retail industry As a Sales Associate you will work in a variety of retail outlets and will be expected to provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in sales preferably in the retail industry
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting merchandise that best fits their needs and preferences
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point of sale system
• Build and maintain client relationships to increase customer loyalty and sales
• Ensure the store is clean organized and well presented
• Complete tasks assigned by management in a timely and efficient manner
