About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate , you’ll help fans show their pride and take home a piece of Inter Miami CF. Be part of the energy in our shops and pop-ups at Miami Freedom Park .

Requirements

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be available to work during home matches, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work approximately 6-to-8-hour shifts on Inter Miami CF match days.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and organize inventory in both indoor and outdoor settings.
• Dependable transportation required.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are a plus.
• All applicants must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must have work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis and must not require work visa sponsorship from Inter Miami CF now or in the future to retain authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class fan experience in our stadium retail store,on game days only.
• Engage and assist fans with enthusiasm, sharing your knowledge of the club and merchandise.
• Operate point of sale systems efficiently to ensure smooth and accurate transactions.
• Provide product information and communicate in-store promotions clearly.
• Keep the store organized and visually appealing throughout the shift.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations.
