About The Position

It is a unique opportunity to be part of the Pro Football Hall of Fame! Our Mission is to Honor the Greatest of the Game, Preserve its History, Promote its Values & Celebrate Excellence Together. Position Summary As a Retail Sales Associate, you will engage with our guests at the Hall of Fame Store. The Hall of Fame Store is a one-stop shop for merchandise from all 32 NFL teams along with Hall of Fame exclusives. It is open daily during Museum hours.

Ability to spend most of the time standing up.

Nice To Haves

Experience in merchandising and retail sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide a fun full-service shopping experience to Hall of Fame guests through active selling and engagement.
Proactively add-on merchandise to increase sales and maximize guest value.
Participate in store promotions and marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Educate the guests on new arrivals and styles.
Complete tasks that ensure product is available and easy to shop – pulling, filling, pricing, setting, staging, and maintaining the sales floor and the backroom.
Participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise.
Accurately handle cash register operations including cash payments, returns, warranty, and other transactions.
Answer the store phones lines with courtesy and timely follow up.
Cover shifts in Box Office area providing information about events and assisting with museum tickets.
