Retail Sales Associate (Miami Freedom Park)
About The Position
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll help fans show their pride and take home a piece of Inter Miami CF. Be part of the energy in our shops and pop-ups at Miami Freedom Park. What You'll Do: Deliver a world-class fan experience in our stadium retail store,on game days only. Engage and assist fans with enthusiasm, sharing your knowledge of the club and merchandise. Operate point of sale systems efficiently to ensure smooth and accurate transactions. Provide product information and communicate in-store promotions clearly. Keep the store organized and visually appealing throughout the shift. Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations.
Requirements
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work during home matches, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work approximately 6-to-8-hour shifts on Inter Miami CF match days.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and organize inventory in both indoor and outdoor settings.
- Dependable transportation required.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are a plus.
- All applicants must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Must have work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis and must not require work visa sponsorship from Inter Miami CF now or in the future to retain authorization to work in the United States.
