About The Position

Summer Retail Sales Associates Little League International in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, is looking to hire Retail Sales Associates to join our Retail/Merchandising team. These essential summer seasonal part-time retail positions support World Series preparation and sales. Positions work part-time flexible hours Monday-Friday from June-August 2026 with the potential for full time hours during the World Series event. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE AT LITTLE LEAGUE INTERNATIONAL Retail Sales Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service in our stores. They are responsible for working registers, bagging items, checking receipts, providing sales floor support and stocking shelves in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills and good math skills
Experience with cash handling
Able to stand, stoop and bend for long periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds
Must be within commuting distance to South Williamsport, PA and have reliable transportation
Pleasant demeanor
Must be able to pass applicable background checks
Must adhere to dress code and maintain a neat and professional appearance
