About The Position
Miss A is looking for beauty-loving, trend-savvy team members who are passionate about makeup, accessories, and helping customers feel confident and stylish. If you love trying new beauty products, staying on top of trends, and sharing recommendations with others, this role is for you. About the Role As a Sales Associate, you’ll combine customer service with leadership responsibilities while working in a fun, beauty-focused retail environment. As a Keyholder, you’ll lead by example on the sales floor, support daily store operations, and help customers find the perfect products while ensuring a fun, positive shopping experience in our beauty-focused store.
Requirements
- Strong interest in makeup trends, beauty products, and fashion accessories
- Comfortable discussing products and making recommendations
- Outgoing, confident personality
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- (Keyholders) At least 1 year of keyholder/supervisor experience
- 17 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 15–30 lbs
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup and accessory recommendations
- Share product knowledge, beauty tips, and styling ideas
- Stay current on beauty trends, new arrivals, and bestsellers
- Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are organized and fully stocked
- Create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience
- Process cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately
- Open and/or close the store independently
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly
- Maintain organized, fully stocked beauty displays
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards
