About The Position

Cuyana is now hiring a part-time retail Sales Associate for our Fillmore store location. Are you a self-motivated team player? Do you go above and beyond for the customer? RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Client Interaction Comfortable greeting guests, checking Customers into appointments, requesting client information for further outreach Provide excellent personalized customer service and engagement through building relationships with clients Expert on product and brand knowledge, act as a Cuyana ambassador Assist customers with purchases, returns, exchanges Pull sizes and product from stock, assist with monogramming, bagging, and gift wrapping product Contribute to the daily personal and store sales targets Operations & Stockroom Receive and process stock transfers Work with management on how to organize, prioritize based on sales, and maximize stock room space Maintain, clean, and organize stockroom and store, merchandise with direction from manager and product team Assist with showroom inventory organization and restocking, uphold all visual standards on the floor: tags, stuffing, steaming Process phone orders and coordinate in-store pick up, and courier same day deliveries (if available) Cuyana Community (help teammates during peak season, support retail events, or community events Responsibilities may change based on business needs REQUIREMENTS 6+ months customer facing sales driven experience; Apparel / accessories contemporary brand and clienteling experience a plus Connection to Cuyana's Fewer Better philosophy Team player who thrives in fast paced environments Professional attitude and customer service focused Dependable with all store responsibilities Adaptable, and willing to jump in and help Strong organization, written and verbal communication skills Comfortable handling customer conversations and interactions Technology savvy Flexible work schedule - Must be availability to work weekends, evenings, events, holidays Able to bend, reach, lift, climb ladders, and move product; Able to carry 25 - 30 lbs Able to stand for extended periods at a time A CONNECTION TO OUR VALUES We look for mission and values-aligned candidates who respect each other and foster an open and supportive environment.
