About The Position
E. Edwards Workwear is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Olathe, KS. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our customers - delivering informed product guidance, efficient service, and a consistently positive in-store experience.
Requirements
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Professional telephone etiquette and written communication ability
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Escort customers to merchandise and provide product information
- Manage incoming calls and in-store traffic simultaneously
- Communicate current store promotions effectively
- Stock, restock, and organize merchandise per company standards
- Support visual merchandising and display arrangements
- Participate in freight receiving and inventory processes
- Monitor and report inventory discrepancies
- Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and stockroom
